Because Facebook has become maybe the main social media source of information in Romania and around the world (3.2 million users registered in March 2011 vs. 3.1 million blog readers according to SATI/BRAT in November 2010), Zelist Monitor has integrated it in its new version.

We monitor over 15.000 public pages and Romanian groups with a total number of 22.6 million fans/members (these are non-unique users, that may be found on more than one page or group). These public pages/groups generate, during a month, almost as much content as the entire blogosphere (160.000 notes and 180.000 comments), some of them having an extremely large number of users (tens, even hundreds of thousands of users).
