Pe langa <b>categoriile dedicate unor arii noi de expertiza<\/b>, s-a considerat utila <b>recunoasterea meritelor departamentelor in-house de PR, recompensarea eforturilor agentiilor cu pana la 5 angajati si oferirea distinctiei &#8220;Profesionistul de PR al Anului&#8221;<\/b> comunicatorului cu rezultate profesionale exceptionale si o contributie evidenta la dezvoltatea industriei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Festivalul a fost revitalizat si prin redefinirea valorilor competitiei pornind de la trei constante care dau consistenta actului comunicarii: leadership, inovatie si impact. <i>Leadership<\/i> pentru ca accesul comunicatorilor la deciziile de management ramane o provocare majora pentru multi reprezentanti ai acestei industriei. <i>Inovatia <\/i>reprezinta unul dintre pilonii importanti de diferentiere, factorul care va intari rolul functiei de comunicare in cadrul organizational. <i>Impactul <\/i>este o alta componenta importanta deoarece fara obiective si rezultate masurabile, Relatiile Publice nu se vor bucura de importanta cuvenita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><b>Inscrieri<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><b>Inscrierile la cea de-a XI-a editie se vor incheia luni, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">30 septembrie 2013<\/span>. Aceasta arta sintetizeaza puterea ideii, transformarea unui lucru obisnuit in ceva de impact, urmarirea unor reguli precise, dar care lasa loc creativitatii si diversitatii, abilitatea de a rezolva probleme, constatarea ca drumul spre extraordinar incepe intotdeauna cu o actiune simpla. si nu in ultimul rand, starea de bine in care te transpune rezultatul.
