Reamintim ca, in realizarea acestei cercetari am folosit drept instrument principal de culegere a datelor, platforma <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelist.ro\/insights\/\">FB Monitor<\/a><\/strong>, platforma care ofera companiilor posibilitatea de a determina eficienta demersurilor de comunicare pe Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>In analiza au fost incluse principalele 6 lanturi de farmacii (Catena, Dr Max, Sensiblu, Farmacia Tei, Farmaciile Dona, Farmacia HelpNet) care au fost active pe Facebook, in ultimul an. Am selectat in mod aleatoriu 214 postari, structurate in functie de nivelurile de activitate pe care farmaciile le-au inregistrat in ultimul an (martie 2020 \u2013 martie 2021).<\/p>\n<p>Pana acum am vazut care sunt\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelist.ro\/blog\/top-10-tipuri-de-continut-publicat-de-farmacii-pe-facebook\/\">cele mai frecvent folosite tipuri de continut<\/a>\u00a0pe Facebook,\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelist.ro\/blog\/pozitionarea-farmaciilor-in-comunicarea-pe-facebook\/\">cum s-au pozitionat farmaciile<\/a> in functie de acestea, cu cat pot farmaciile <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelist.ro\/blog\/farmacii-1\/\">sa isi creasca interactivitatea folosind mai multe cuvinte pozitive<\/a> in postarile lor si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelist.ro\/blog\/cum-au-utilizat-farmaciile-diferitele-tipuri-de-continut-pe-facebook\/\">cum au utilizat farmaciile diferitele tipuri de continut<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In acest capitol cercetam tipurile de continut care, in anul trecut, au inregistrat cel mai ridicat nivel de interactiune din partea fanilor. Prin interactiune se intelege suma numarului de likes, shares si comentarii.<\/p>\n<p>Din graficul de mai jos se observa ca fanilor din Facebook le-au placut mult <strong>concursurile<\/strong>\u00a0 organizate de farmacii. Un concurs a acumulat in medie 1270 de interactiuni (likes, share, comments).\u00a0Pe locul secund in topul interactiviitatii se afla <strong>articolele despre raceala si gripa<\/strong> (506 interactiuni).
