<strong>Loudhouse<\/strong> impreuna cu <strong>Meltwater Group<\/strong> in luna noiembrie 2010, companiile chestionate mentioneaza urmatoarele piedici in utilizarea social media pentru indeplinirea obiectivelor de promovare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">38% dintre respondenti \u2013 lipsa \tresurselor si a timpului,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">30% dintre respondenti \u2013 lipsa \tposibilitatii de a masura impactul social media asupra indeplinirii \ttintelor stabilite,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">27% dintre respondenti \u2013 lipsa \tposibilitatii de a urmari si monitoriza in mod adecvat eforturile \tdepuse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In acelasi timp, desi 87% dintre firmele chestionate considera ca este importanta monitorizarea discutiilor din online privind brandurile lor doar 20% dintre acestea au investit in unelte de monitorizare.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, firmele chestionate pot fi impartite in 5 categorii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vizionare (16%)<\/li>\n<li>Adepti (26%)<\/li>\n<li>Recupereaza decalajul (23%)<\/li>\n<li>Reticente (14%)<\/li>\n<li>Sunt impotriva (21%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
